Time to iron out the imbalances and build a bulletproof body. This session focuses on single-limb exercises to work on balance and stability through your hips, core, and shoulders. Our aim is to get your body moving as a ‘complete unit’ while working on those weaknesses.

CONDITIONING
Time to take the intensity up a notch and get huffy-puffy; full body conditioning guaranteed to get the heart rate up; we'll add some power moves in there too. No need to be shy, this session is highly scalable.
