What is PT on Demand?
Goal orientated training, an individually designed and delivered program from your expert trainer, Janet. You will complete your program amongst like minded people giving you a community/social aspect to your training and accountability. This is an affordable way to train whilst still maintaining a standard of INDIVIDUAL attention.
6-10 people per session
45min sessions, currently offered 5:05am or 7:05am
8-10wk term commitment (Feb 2rd next start)
Choice of 2-3 GROUP PT sessions/wk
Optional access to discounted GROUP CLASSES

How it works

Training Sessions
Arrive 5mins prior to your listed start time to complete your own warmup and mobility prep etc. Bring your towel & water. I will stagger start you on your individual program which you will work through (this is all written out for you to follow) and I will guide you through demos etc.

Goals
I need to know what YOU really what to achieve, what’s your WHY? The why is the thing that will keep you showing up when you may not feel like it at times. I will get you to fill out a questionnaire helping me to understand your body, your lifestyle. This will ensure I can tailor your program to your individual needs & goals.

Body Scan + Measurements
We focus and celebrate what your body CAN DO not necessarily what it LOOKS like. However its always nice to see measurable improvements in our body in alignment with the simple fact you’ll FEEL so much better. We have the state of the art Evolt Body Composition Scanner. We’ll get you scanned in the first week and then revisit at the end of term.
